Can clients order from this website?
No — this site is for the internal Roots Realty team only. The link isn't meant to be shared outside the crew.
That said, if you want to grab something for a client as a gift, you absolutely can. Just place the order yourself through the site and Jude will get it sorted.
How do pre-orders work?
If an item is sold out, you can still place a pre-order on it. Jude queues your order with Tactive (our local Indianapolis print partner) for the next print run.
You'll get an update from Jude once your item is printed and ready at the office.
How long until I receive my pre-order?
It depends on the item:
Name-brand items (hats, totes, Carhartt-style gear, accessories) ship on their normal lead time — usually about a week.
Custom-printed items (Comfort Colors tees, crewnecks, hoodies) need a minimum order count before Tactive runs the print job, so timing varies depending on demand. Jude will keep you posted on the next scheduled run.
Who can I contact for any questions?

Can I recommend products to add to the store?
Yes — please. If you've got an idea for gear the team would love, email Jude at jude@rootsrealty.co and he'll look into adding it.
If I purchase an in-stock item, where do I pick it up?
Just let Jude know after you place the order and he'll bring one out for you next time he sees you in the office. No shipping required.
Is there a limit on how much I can order?
Nope. Order as much as you want — this is your store.
