Tag the order in Shopify, then copy/paste the matching template into Gmail. Replace [first name] and [order number] with the real values.

How to use: Open the order in Shopify Admin → click the customer's email address → your mail app opens → copy subject + body from above → paste, replace [first name] + [order number] → send.
